Hi there. I'm Peter Radowsky.
I’ve been working in construction since I was 16, working for my family’s contracting business in New York. After school or during summers, I was all in. While studying engineering and architecture in college, I kept working, blending real-world skills with my education.
After graduation, I started managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects for developers and construction firms, overseeing new home developments, luxury custom homes—many for professional athletes—apartment communities, and even a mountainside ski resort.
Over the years, I’ve earned my general contractor’s license in New York, California, Nevada, and Florida, continually honing my expertise in construction and architecture. In Los Angeles, I designed homes, additions, kitchens, and bathrooms, and managed the construction of multiple apartment complexes, and countless interior and exterior renovations for both apartment buildings and private residences.
Since moving to Florida in 2015, I’ve been hired by a number of developers and construction firms to oversee interior construction, which is one of the most detailed aspects of any project. Local projects include two hotels = The Daytona and Fairfield Suites – both located at Daytona One, the retail and entertainment hub next to Daytona International Speedway. I managed all interior construction including the lobbies, guest rooms, commercial kitchens, dining rooms, conference areas, and fitness centers—creating spaces that feel both welcoming and top-notch.
I’ve also worked with a number of Central Florida businesses and homeowners on projects like a historic factory redo, custom home additions, tiny homes, and complex deck systems.
Hard work and high standards drive me—I know your project is a big investment, and I’m committed to delivering quality. With me, you get decades of diverse experience and problem-solving know-how. As a trained architect, I also offer architectural drawings, saving you from hiring a separate architect. For permits, I’ll team up with a structural engineer to keep things smooth with the building department.
If you have a complex deck, enclosed patio, tiny home or backyard office that you’d like to build, I’d love to help turn your vision into reality with skill and care. Let’s talk!

When it comes to home improvements, knowing who’s leading your project matters as much as the work itself. Your home is a major investment, yet many spend more time planning a getaway than researching their builder. A wrong choice can mean costly errors and disappointment. Pick someone with experience and integrity, and your project will shine.
